The Victorian Web Grade Level:
The reign of Queen Victoria of England lasted from 1837-1901, and the influence of the literature, history, and culture of that time is chronicled on the Victorian web site. Because Victoria' reign lasted so long, the Victorian age covers several periods, so it is difficult to classify the works from that time. The Victorian Web details important points in political and social history, as well as the authors, works, and techniques used in Victorian literature. There is also a list of Victorian Web books and an internal search engine.
